All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; the appearance of the actual product may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our candles.
We make every effort to display colours and scent descriptions as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that your device’s display or personal perception will be an exact match.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you complete your purchase.
Delivery charges are not included in the product price and will be displayed separately at checkout.
5. Orders & Contract Formation
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
6. Payment
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full card details. By submitting your payment information, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly before placing your order.
8. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price, excluding original delivery costs.
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back. Items returned without prior notification may not be accepted.
The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.
9. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
